I'm Deb Condo, your master-level yoga teacher specializing in personal awareness to help you find ease, mobility, and kindness in your body and in your life.
I discovered yoga over a decade ago as a way to stay healthy while training for triathlons; and fell in love with the ever-evolving practice and lessons yoga offers. After formalizing my yoga training, I began teaching full time for studios, fitness centers, military bases and schools. I offer instruction in a variety of styles of yoga including Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin, Kids Yoga, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga.
In each class I share the principles of yoga in ways that students find understandable and relatable. Students are invited to explore what works best for them rather than just taking my word for it.
My classes fuse creative sequencing, storytelling and heart-inspired themes with spirited playfulness intended to deepen your practice, encourage self-awareness, and cultivate lasting peace.
Along with my yoga training, I'm also a Reiki level 2 practitioner, a certified paddleboard coach of The PaddleFit® Coaching System, a certified fitness instructor through ISSA and US Air Force, and a certified indoor cycling instructor.
You will find me as the lead trainer of the EnduraFit Yoga School 200-hour program registered with Yoga Alliance.
